No live animals shall be stored, kept or otherwise housed on the premises. The Tenant may not, at any time, stay overnight on the premises. When you drop your trailer you need to block the tires. The tongue of the trailer MUST sit on a block of wood. This also applies to 5th wheels; the front legs must sit on a block of wood. Drip Pan Requirements 7. Vehicles with leaks require a drip pan with absorbent cat litter in the pan. The leak needs to be taken care of as soon as possible. Smoking 8. There is no smoking or open flame allowed on the premises at any time. Maintenance 8. There is no maintenance allowed on the exterior of units. Motors, e.t.c...
